AccuConference Playback Tree gives your participants the option to listen to numerous pre-recorded conferences or messages at their convenience. By using the Playback Tree, the option of making up to nine recordings available for listening at any time..
You have the flexibility to record your message using our conference bridge or you can send us your own audio file.
As a customer of AccuConference, you also have the option of having your prompts customized to your company brand.
Here is how the Playback tree works:
- Record your message by using our conference bridge or send us your audio files.
- We load the recordings in the order you choose.
- Custom prompts with your brand will be heard by your participants when they dial in to the playback tree.
- Your participant will dial into the playback tree and select which recording they would like to listen to.
