Schedule One-time Audio Conference
With your conferencing account, you have been provided with an on-demand conference line. That line is available to you 24/7. In the event that you need an additional conference line for a one-time conference, you can schedule an additional conference from you Customer Site. By following these simple steps, you will successfully be able to schedule an additional conference call.
- Click on “Schedule Audio Call” under your Conference Manger menu.
- This will take you to the page where you can:
- Enter the name of the conference
- Select the date and time of the call
- Enter the number of people you anticipate will be on your call. (For more than 50 participants, you will need to contact customer service.)
- And finally, you can add advanced features or options for your conference, such as pre-conference, automatically record, play intro-tones, and more.
The system will automatically generate one moderator PIN and one participant PIN for this conference. If you need to add a speaker PIN or additional participant PINS, you have the option to click “Add PIN” and enter the style of PIN you wish to create.
You will be able to find your newly scheduled call under the One-time Use heading on the Conference Manager page. Once this scheduled conference has been used, it is automatically de-activated and no longer available for use. If you need to create a permanent conference line, please call customer service to assist you.
