Expanding Horizons in North America
AccuConference now offers conference calls from Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico at no additional charge. With this new feature, companies and organizations with North American operations can make conference calls at the same low rates currently enjoyed throughout the continental United States. Easy at 1-2-3…The Playback Tree
AccuConference has upgraded their features with new functionality designed to allow callers to dial in at their convenience and select from a menu of pre-recorded conference call. This new feature is called “Playback Tree”. Customers can use recordings made on the AccuConference conference call bridge, or they may send other recorded files, which are easily uploaded to the tree structure. AccuConference has just unveiled a new feature – accounting code validation. This feature is available through the Conference Manager, a desktop control system which allows the call host to manage all aspects of a conference call. Now, users can pre-load their proprietary chart of accounts to the system. The code entered by a call facilitator can be validated against this mater list, ensuring that only valid codes are entered.
